1. What QuickApe is

QuickApe is a browser extension that helps you build and sign your own cryptocurrency swap transactions from websites such as X, GMGN, Dexscreener, pump.fun, and Fomo. QuickApe is non-custodial software. It does not hold your funds, operate an exchange, or act as a broker.

2. Your wallet and keys

You are responsible for your trading wallet, its seed phrase, and your password. We cannot recover a lost password or seed phrase. Use a dedicated trading wallet that only holds funds you are prepared to trade. In connected mode, your own wallet software signs every transaction.

3. Fees

QuickApe charges a fee of 0.5% of each buy and sell, unless a lower rate is shown to you before you trade. The fee is included in the swap transaction, paid in the network's native coin, and shown in the trading panel before you confirm. Network fees, priority fees or tips, and the fees of the underlying exchanges are separate and are not paid to QuickApe.

4. Risks

Memecoins and other tokens are highly speculative. Most lose most of their value, and you can lose everything you trade.
Rug pulls, honeypots, high taxes, and manipulated launches are common. QuickApe's safety flags are informational and do not guarantee that a token is safe.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Check amounts, slippage, and destination addresses before you confirm.
One-click trading makes impulsive trades easy. Set a small maximum buy.

5. No advice

Nothing in the extension, on our website, or in our communications is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

6. Third-party services

QuickApe relies on third-party services, including Jupiter, KyberSwap, Dexscreener, GoPlus, Helius, Vercel, and public RPC providers, as well as the websites it adds buttons to. They may change, fail, or refuse requests without notice, and they are not affiliated with or endorsed by QuickApe.

7. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use cryptocurrency software where you live. Do not use QuickApe if trading these assets is restricted for you, to break any law or sanctions, or to interfere with the extension, our RPC endpoint, or the services it uses.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

QuickApe is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the QuickApe developers are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, or data, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including losses caused by bugs, third-party services, network conditions, or token behavior.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Continuing to use QuickApe after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@quickape.world.
